Every nanny holds a Japanese national childcare or kindergarten teaching license and is fluent in English — without exception. We employ only licensed childcare professionals who are also bilingual. 採用するのは、国家資格を持ち、かつバイリンガルであるシッターのみ。

Many services ask families to choose between professional qualifications and language ability. We decline to make that compromise. Nationally Licensed国家資格の保有

Every nanny holds a Japanese national childcare license (Hoikushi) or kindergarten teaching license (Yōchien Kyōyu) with hands-on experience in schools and nurseries. Unlicensed sitters are never engaged.全シッターが保育士資格または幼稚園教諭免許を保有し、園での実務経験があります。無資格のシッターは一切採用しません。

Keika built her career in Japanese kindergartens and nurseries before founding Maison de Nanny Japan. Alongside her childcare practice, she works as a professional instructor of English and Korean, teaching students online — a rare combination of licensed early-childhood expertise and genuine multilingual fluency. 幼稚園・保育園での実務経験を経て、Maison de Nanny Japan を設立。保育の傍ら、英語・韓国語のオンライン講師としても活動しており、「国家資格を持つ保育のプロ」と「本物の語学力」を兼ね備えた、数少ないシッターのひとりです。

How far in advance should we book?何日前まで予約できますか?

Requests are accepted until 6 PM the day before service. Same-day requests may be accommodated depending on availability — please enquire.原則として前日18時までのリクエストを承っています。当日のご依頼も空き状況によっては対応可能ですので、まずはお問い合わせください。

What is the cancellation policy?キャンセル料はかかりますか?

Cancellation is complimentary until the day before service. Same-day cancellations incur 50% of the fee; cancellations after the start time incur 100%.ご利用日の前日までは無料です。当日キャンセルは料金の50%、開始時刻以降は100%を頂戴します。

What qualifications do your nannies hold?どんな資格を持ったシッターですか?

Every nanny holds a Japanese national childcare license or kindergarten teaching license, with practical experience in schools and nurseries — and every nanny is bilingual. We employ no one who does not meet both standards.全シッターが保育士資格または幼稚園教諭免許を保有し、園での実務経験があります。さらに全員がバイリンガルです。この両方を満たさない方は採用していません。
